be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what
you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is

Refunds

payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the

True beginning here. My husband gifted me with the personal fable kit and I was so excited to choose my spores and start! I settled on the Mazatapec, and they arrived very quickly. For whatever reason I waited a couple weeks to start, and finally decided inoculated on 9/9. I followed the steps, and haven’t even checked the jar…until tonight (9/14). I planned to check in a week…but something told me to take a peek. Success!!!! There’s already lots of good stuff happening, and I couldn’t be more excited!! Thank you Tanasi!
